Colin has over 25 years’ experience in international trade across public and private sector, having worked at IBM, Enterprise Ireland and OCO Global. He spent three years in Sao Paulo as Director of Latin America for EI and briefly held the role of defacto Ambassador of Ireland to Brazil. He has worked with some of the world’s leading EDOs including JETRO, DBT and Empire State Development and has supported thousands of SME across his career in international trade. His knowledge and passion for international trade led him to set up Arclyte, Colin’s superpower is his ‘unique’ laugh. His favourite book is ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ and favourite films ‘Jerry Maguire’ and ‘Love Actually’. He loves spending time with his daughter Ruby and playing golf.

Conor has 14 years’ experience in international trade having previously worked with OCO Global and a number of tech and engineering SMEs. He has represented dozens of global EDOs including Georgia DED and Atlantic Chamber of Commerce (Canada) and has successfully supported 100s of SMEs with international market growth. Conor is a specialist in designing and leading international trade programs which has delivered millions in new revenue and sales pipelines for his clients. He does this by helping his clients build sustainable route to market strategies for long term success. As Client Services Director at Arclyte, Conor champions client success, ensuring every partnership delivers meaningful results and a clear return on investment. In his free time, Conor enjoys sports and history.

Aodhán brings a rare blend of research leadership, technological innovation, and practical problem-solving to economic development. With experience spanning academia, the public sector, and industry, he addresses complex problems with practical research insights that deliver real value for clients. He leads our international research teams and oversees the development of our proprietary AI platform, ensuring that high-quality evidence, advanced analytics and applied innovation sit at the core of our work. Aodhán has advised governments, economic development organisations and international businesses to inform growth strategy and drive measurable economic impact. Outside of work, Aodhán enjoys being outdoors with his family surfing, hiking, camping and exploring the coastline.

With nine years’ experience in international trade and investment, Andrew has a strong track record of helping businesses expand internationally and unlock new export opportunities. He has worked with leading economic development organisations and investment promotion agencies, including the UK Department for Business and Trade, the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce and NEOM, managing strategic export market initiatives, market entry programmes and trade missions. His expertise also includes market insight, proposition development and advisory for investment attraction. Away from work, Andrew is never far from a body of water – swimming laps, navigating the pickleball court with mixed success and keeping a close eye on the sporting calendar.

With over 5 years of experience and bilingual in English and Spanish, Catherine is a specialist international trade and investment consultant, having supported private and public entities realise their global growth strategies across EMEA, North America and Asia-Pacific. Some of Catherine’s clients have included Empire State Development, UK Department for Business and Trade, JETRO and JobsOhio, whereby she led investment attraction, as well as managing international trade and export programmes. Her additional strengths lie in market advisory, client relationship building and organising trade missions.Outside of the office, Catherine enjoys CrossFit, playing the piano and drums and picking up a new language every so often.

Marine is a London-based international business development leader with more than 14 years’ experience helping companies expand across borders, navigate international markets and unlock new growth opportunities. She has led international teams across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Canada and has worked closely with companies, governments and leading economic development organisations, including Invest Hong Kong and Empire State Development, on international market entry, investment attraction,and expansion projects across Asia and the US. Having lived and worked in France, Spain, China and the UK, she brings plenty of cultural curiosity and a passport that rarely gets a rest, alongside a strong understanding of how companies make expansion decisions across very different markets and how different cultures can work successfully together. At Arclyte, Marine leads FDI activity for Empire State Development, with a focus on building strong investment pipelines and turning international opportunities into real projects for New York State. Outside work, she loves travelling, discovering new cultures and food, staying active (partly so she can eat more!), learning about people and tech, and spending time with her daughter. Her favourite book is Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss.

Having recently completed her master’s degree in GlobalSecurity and Borders at Queen’s University Belfast, Emma has conducted primary and secondary research across emerging technologies, international development and public policy. Previously Emma worked with the Northern Ireland Executive Office researching the application of artificial intelligence within government and makling recommendations for future implementation. A U.S. citizen, Emma proudly hails from the great state of Maine. When she’s not working, you can find Emma engaged in some form of sporting activity; whether that’s training for a marathon, hiking,swimming, or trying an entirely new sport.
